The rich flavours of Gum honey can vary greatly and the same also goes for the depth of colour, depending on which gum tree the bees produced their honey from. Iron bark is a sweet natural honey enjoyed by kids while red gum honey, blue gum honey and spotted gum honey have a mild to medium flavour.
